I installed the game on my fresh Deck and it did not start. Setup a new Steam account, bought the game there and installed it manually copied d3dcompiler_47.dll to the game directory changed the resolution on my PC, waited for the cloud sync and then started in on Deck manually changed the resolition in the settings.ini I have tried multiple proposals to solve the issue without success: The game does not launch on my Steam Deck, neither in game mode nor in Desktop mode.
